How long does it take to close a loan from start to finish?

Loan Programs - Private Money
After receiving all required documentation (usually taking 2-3 weeks), we typically process it within 3-4 days. However, this timeline largely depends on how quickly you and your team provide supporting documents. While we strive for efficiency, first-time borrowers often take longer to submit complete documentation. Therefore, we recommend aiming for a 30-day timeframe or more whenever possible.*

Gap Funding -Private Money
While we can get gap funding done within a week it is not guaranteed and will inquire express fees. Since this type of funding involves third party partners and depends on the speed and cooperation of the Title Company. Typically we want to have at least 10 days to work on your project.*

EMD and Double Close
Funding a Double Close needs to be prepared, we need documents and be able to communicate with all parties, so we want to have at least 2 days ideally more to do all preparations. EMD Funding, ideally you contact us early enough so we have enough time for all communications, so we want to have at least 2-3 days ideally more.*
